Overview
Go2Joy is a leading booking platform in Vietnam, specializing in hourly and short-stay hotel reservations, as well as overnight and daily stays. With the goal of delivering a fast, safe, and convenient experience, Go2Joy connects users with a wide network of partner hotels through its mobile app and website.
In the modern hospitality industry, dynamic control over room availability and real-time pricing is essential for maximizing revenue and avoiding overbooking. This document outlines the standard procedures, API flows, and best practices for integrating hotel systems (PMS or Channel Managers) with OTA platforms such as Go2Joy, Agoda, Booking.com, and others.
It provides a clear guide for how to:
Push available room inventory by date and room type
Adjust pricing dynamically based on occupancy, seasonality, or promotion
Ensure data consistency across multiple OTAs
Monitor sync status and handle errors gracefully
The goal is to support seamless, automated, and scalable hotel distribution — ensuring accurate room data across all sales channels.
Partnership Model
When a Partner wants to integrate with Go2Joy, the following prerequisites must be met:
Hotels that want to link up are already in the Partner system and need to sign a cooperation contract with Go2Joy.
In case Hotels that want to link up are already in the Partner system but have not cooperated with Go2Joy, the partner can encourage them to register in the Go2Joy system through the link
Once these conditions are fulfilled:
Go2Joy will provide the Partner with a client id and client secret key for API access.
The Partner retrieves the Hotel ID directly from the Hotel Admin system that Go2Joy provides to the hotel.
Integration process
1. Study our API
Please read this Go2Joy Property Content API document thoroughly and contact us if there is any problem.
2. Get your own credential
We will provide client id and client secret key for the test environment.
3. Submit a request for certification
To submit a request, please email our contact person. After that, we will send you the certification.
The average duration is 1 week.
4. Go live
Go2Joy will send partner our client id and client secret key for the production environment.
